We all need someone to talk to from time to time. Someone who will listen attentively to us without passing judgment. As early in life as I can remember, I have possessed an innate desire to help others. I am an empathic and highly attuned individual with genuine caring, compassion, and unconditional positive regard for others. I work with a diverse clientele and address a number of issues, including trauma, self-esteem, body image issues, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and general life stress.

Childhood trauma had a profound effect on me & ultimately inspired my career in education. I foster inclusion & empowerment, which has carried over into my role as a psychotherapist. I am also passionate about play-based & expressive arts therapies, two areas in which I have gained expertise in my work as an educator.

Through my own personal challenges with infertility and pregnancy loss, my goal is to support others struggling to grow or expand their families, as well as to help to alleviate the shame and isolation that often accompanies infertility and grief. I hope to work with you and to support you on your wellness journey.
